Terms of Service

By accessing or using Skyclip ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Skyclip.

You agree not to use Skyclip to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
• Impersonate real people without consent, or produce sexual content involving minors.
• Circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or resell generated content in violation of upstream AI providers' terms.

You own the prompts you submit and, subject to the licenses required by upstream AI providers, the videos you generate. You grant Skyclip a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.

AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected results. You're responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing them.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email billing@skyclip.app.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Skyclip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Material changes to these Terms will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect.
